Greg Błażewicz, Founder and Chairman of Benhauer has 15 years experience in the Polish and international marketing business. Master Degrees in English Philology& Linguistics and second in Marketing & Management. Completed BA course in York & Ripon St. Johns University. Professional experiences start with the work for web marketing companies in New York and London. In the years 2001 - 2006 he worked as Marketing Director Comarch Capital Group, a leading IT Company in Europe. In the years 2006 - 2008 he served as CEO of the third biggest Polish Internet Portal Interia.pl, a company quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2009 he founded Benhauer.

Konrad Pawlus, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, began career working on unique solutions for financial forecasting based on econometric models. In 2005 he joined Software Development Department of the Ireland-based company OpSource, where he was in charge of developing OpSource Cloud™ and Saas billing solutions. In the period 2009-2011 Konrad was employed by the US company Sabre - the largest global software provider. As Technical Team Leader he was responsible for the development of one of the largest Internet travel services Virtually There. He was later appointed Software Development Supervisor in charge of the Traveler Notification Center Project handling operations for tens of airline companies all over the world. Konrad is truly devoted to Agile methodology.
